Works
An evolving body of monumental paintings, studies, and installation environments documenting a lifelong practice of discovery. Each work preserves a unique moment of exploration while inviting every viewer into a new experience of looking.

Monumental Paintings
Monumental paintings created on unstretched canvas through a single uninterrupted event of discovery. Every gesture transforms what follows, allowing material, color, and scale to unfold without predetermined outcomes. The finished painting becomes the visible record of that unique moment while continuing to reveal new relationships through time, light, distance, and the attention of each viewer.

The Friedman Museum
The Friedman Museum is the long-term expression of a lifetime devoted to curiosity and discovery. It is envisioned as a place where the paintings, writings, installation studies, and evolving body of work remain together as the living record of an artistic practice. More than preserving finished paintings, it seeks to preserve the continuing dialogue between discovery in the studio and discovery through those who encounter the work.
